(A Belated) Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Hey, they sell Belated Birthday cards, don't they? Anyway, I started this post prior to Christmas and got seriously side-tracked. If you have a problem with that and accepting a belated holiday greeting, then belay my last. heh heh

So, on with what was the original post:

No surprise revelation here, but I am not a religious person, however I am an intelligent human being and understand I am in the minority and I see no reason not to say Merry Christmas. It is simply one title for the celebratory winter solstice season and I lose no sleep over saying it. Besides if it pisses off some militant Liberal puke, all the better.

So, Merry Christmas or whatever holiday celebration you enjoy this time of year. And I hope the New Year brings you what you need and provides the opportunities you seek to enjoy.

As for me, I will become a grandparent sometime this Spring, presumably April and have been busy since mid-December making the little guy's first present from Grampa O. Can't say what it is because my son occasional stops in to read my drivel and it's a surprise even for him and his wife.  ;-P I am trying to get it ready by February so I can give it to them at the baby shower. But, we'll see.

That's all for now. Thanks for stopping by.
